As independant consultant for more than 30 years, Jean-Pierre Binamé has developped specific skills in at least two domains : - energy effeciency and waste management
- human ressources (capacity building, organisational development, ...) Either on a separate basis or complementary. He has often developped new projects where he had to gather partners from different horizons. He has strong experience in networking and group dynamics. Jean-Pierre Binamé has founded EcoTeam Management sprl in april 2006 with Brigitte Tilmant, psychologist. EcoTeam Managements aims to organise environmental projects that are based on team work, multipartnership, networking, within cluster of SMEs or in emerging networks in the following environmental fields : - sustainable building, energy effeciency, renewable energies and industrial ecology. - coaching for the implementation of environmental management systems and the organisation of sustainable purchasing and consumption. |
